I understand what you're going through because I've been there. My perimenopause journey was filled with confusion and frustration. In my late 30s, I experienced unexpected symptoms, but my doctor dismissed them as "part of aging," leaving me feeling lost and out of control.
Despite changing my diet, exercising, and taking supplements, nothing worked, and I became more frustrated. Desperate for change, I enrolled in a functional health course, which taught me to manage perimenopause holistically, focusing on physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I then took my training further and enrolled in a Midlife Mentorship. I was eager to learn about Hormone Replacement Therapy, understanding its myths, benefits, and options.
Through this journey, I gained a deeper understanding of how hormones affect our health and learned to practice self-care beyond conventional methods, like setting boundaries and nourishing my body with the right foods. This holistic approach not only alleviated my symptoms but also gave me the confidence to navigate perimenopause gracefully.
The core of the P.E.R.I. Transformation System is our coaching sessions. This can be done entirely online, through virtual coaching sessions via Zoom. My clients come from all over the world.
Each week I'll guide you through a new module that dives into a different aspect of holistic health and wellness.
