This will be our final session at which we will reassess symptoms. During this call we can discuss any retesting. Lab reviews are offered at an additional cost, or you can choose to do another 3-6 month program.
Weekly sessions for the next 4-6 months, depending on your program. These sessions will be to check in on your progress, make any necessary changes, and provide guidance.
A 45 minute call to review and interpret your test results and a customized 90-day lifestyle and supplement protocol. You will receive a video with interpretation of your lab results several days before this R&R call.
While we wait for lab results, weekly videos on Diet, Rest, Exercise, and Stress Reduction will begin. Supplements will be added after your R&R Session.
Foundational labs will be ordered. Intake forms will be sent to be filled out at your earliest convenience.
Complimentary call to see if we would be a good fit with working together.
As a non-licensed practitioner, I cannot bill insurance or provide you with specific documents to submit to your insurance. (I can provide you with a transaction receipt, but these receipts are not recognized by many insurance companies.)
However, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or (FSA) credit card, you may be able to purchase this service if coaching, supplements or testing are allowed. I suggest checking with your HSA/FSA provider if you aren’t sure.
The timeframe for experiencing results may vary depending on individual circumstances. As a Functional Health Practitioner, I aim to identify the underlying causes of your health concerns and develop a personalized plan to address them. Factors such as the complexity of your health issues, your commitment to the recommended protocols, and your body's unique response can influence how quickly you notice improvements.
While some individuals may observe changes within a few weeks, others may require more time for noticeable results. It is important to remember that healing is a gradual process, and sustainable improvements often occur over time. I will work closely with you, monitoring your progress and making adjustments as necessary to optimize your health journey.
Please keep in mind that the information provided here is general, and individual results may vary. It's always best to consult directly with a qualified practitioner to discuss your specific situation and expectations.
Nope! I work with people all over the United States. Depending on your location, some testing and/or supplements may not be available, but I do my best to find alternatives
Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® is a holistic approach to health that focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms. Unlike traditional medicine, which often relies on medication to manage symptoms, FDN practitioners use specialized lab tests and assessments to identify imbalances and dysfunctions in the body's systems. FDN practitioners then develop personalized protocols that aim to restore balance and optimize overall health.
